It means "temporary hoarseness caused by phlegm in the back of the throat." according to THIS LINK on the "interwebs", and of course, "they can't put it on the internet if it isn't true" according to the State Farm Commercial, so "Bon Jour!" Anyway, according to The National Geographic Society, frogs DO come from your throat.WHAT?!?! Well....
